What does the job look like?
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective utilisation of resources to deliver services to customers. The position has primary responsibility for the activities of Transport Coordinators, Transport Staff and all Road Crew.
Key areas include:
- Managing rosters in conjunction with daily scheduling and planning for road crew staff
- Allocate daily resource requirements, including staff, vehicles and equipment
- Coordinates daily staff requirements
- Ensures the maintenance of security standards and operational procedures
- Managing 150 road crew staff
- Internal reporting
Are you the one?
You can demonstrate:
- Strong leadership with excellent communication skills
- Proven time management and experience in working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of vehicles
- Intermediate computer skills, particularly the use of Excel
