About the Team

You’ll be joining a dedicated and collaborative team that takes pride in delivering secure, reliable, and customer-focused outcomes. What does the job look like?

Working in an existing team, you are the first point of call from internal and external customers that require assistance. Key areas:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support via phone
• Accurately interpret customer enquiries and provide timely assistance
• Set up new customer profiles and manage account creation for existing clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support retention and satisfaction
• Ensure all customer interactions and updates are accurately recorded

You are an excellent communicator, someone that listens and responds well. You can demonstrate:

• Demonstrated experience and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Proactive, solution focused approach with a positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence outcomes
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritise and perform effectively under pressure
• Competent with computer systems and able to learn new applications
