What does the job look like?

Reporting to the Field Manager we will take you through a training course to give you all the required skills prior to sending you out to perform maintenance on various ATM and cash payment technologies. As an enthusiastic person with a passion for all things technical,

Key areas include:

• Fault finding, diagnosis and repairs on a range of cash management systems
• Attending various sites to maintain and repair devices
• Commissioning, configuring and testing devices
• Troubleshooting technical issues (backed by a specialist technical support team)

• QLD Class 1 Security Provider Licence with Security Officer (Unarmed & Cash in Transit)
• QLD Security Employee Firearm's Licence (Revolver & Body Armour)
• Class C Drivers Licence (Manual)
• The desire to repair equipment with a willingness to learn
• An ability to follow instructions
• Computer skills  
• Great ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Must have a valid drivers license
