What does the job look like?
Working with Field Management, you are responsible for planning resource requirements for field operations in maintaining staff rosters, administration support for field management. Key areas include:
- Management of ITS fleet in conjunction with Field managers and Linfox fleet
- Ensure all rosters are created in line with demands, the unique challenges of each region and supporting operational departments to utilise field staff
- Supporting Territory Managers with back-office supporting tasks
- Ensures comprehensive safety awareness and all safety protocols are followed
- Communication with field staff and contractors about roster changes/requirements
Are you the one?
As a highly organised individual, you love a challenge and use your exceptional communication skills to influence positive outcomes throughout the team. You can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Knowledge in roster design and templates is desirable
- Excellent understanding of safety related practices and processes
