What does the job look like?

The staging Technician’s primary role is to inspect, load software, configure, test and prepare for hand-over of brand-new ATMs as per the ATM Staging work instructions. Key areas:

• Ensure equipment are free of any manufacturing defects
• Inspecting equipment for any transportation damage
• Configuring equipment according to customers’ requirements
• Maintaining proper documentation and records
• Internal liaison with various stakeholders
• Inventory control
• Maintain proper and safe working standards

Are you the one?

As a Staging technician, you must be able to follow and complete detailed documentation and checklists to ensure compliance requirements are met. A background in IT will be highly considered. Because you have the right attitude, you're committed and you really want to learn, we are excited to invest in you! All you need to have is:  

• Solid software and hardware skills  
• A strong focus on quality and maintaining high standard
• An ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Commendable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
