What does the job look like
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Logistics Officer with High Reach experience to join our growing team based in Rydalmere.
In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in supporting day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high service standards.
- Receiving deliveries, unpacking, sorting, and checking goods for quality, accuracy, and condition
- Performing stock counts and audits as required
- Operating a high reach forklift safely and efficiently
- Supporting general warehouse and logistics operations
- Troubleshooting issues and resolving discrepancies
- Travelling to key customer sites across Sydney when required using a company vehicle
Are you the one?
You are a proactive and dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can also work autonomously when needed. You can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a logistics, warehousing, or distribution environment
- A current forklift licence with high reach experience
- A valid driver’s licence
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Intermediate PC skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience with warehouse management systems or ERP (desirable)
