About the Team

You’ll be joining a dedicated and collaborative team that takes pride in delivering secure, reliable, and customer-focused outcomes. What does the job look like? 

Working from our offices in Essendon Fields, this role reports to the Armaguard Monitoring Centre Manager and will be required to work shifts on 24/7 rotating roster. Key areas include but are not limited to:

• Responding to emergency situations nationally
• Operate GPS, CCTV and alarm monitoring systems
• Attending to inbound/outbound calls and emails promptly and in a professional manner

Are you the one? 

You are suitably experienced with excellent communication skills and can demonstrate:

• Current Security Licence (with Monitoring Centre Operator endorsement)
• Certificate III in Security Operations
• Ability to work 24/7 rotating roster
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Computer and technical proficiency
• Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills
