The Graduate School is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support enrollment goals at UMBC. This position will be responsible for identifying, planning, and executing/attending recruitment events and related tasks.

| Telework: |
A hybrid telework schedule is available; flexibility is required for attendance at events.

| Responsibilities: |
The Recruitment Specialist supports Graduate School enrollment by planning and participating in domestic and international in-person and virtual events, coordinating information sessions, developing recruitment materials, and providing direct support to prospective students while collaborating with campus partners. The role also manages follow-up and CRM data, analyzes recruitment effectiveness, connects prospects to faculty and program leadership, recommends improvements with marketing partners, and promotes applications to the Accelerated Program.

| Required Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor's Degree
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally. Ability to transport a second large and typically heavy luggage item(s) filled with materials. Ability to set up a fair table and staff the table several hours at a time.

| Salary: |
Salary: $55,500 to $62,500 depending on qualifications and experience.
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
