Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Assistant/Associate Director, Admissions & Systems oversees the entire range of technology functions of the Office of Admissions (with the exception of web design and development). This position is expected to work in an independent manner as a fully qualified electrician and within small teams, to perform skilled installation, maintenance, and repair work on low voltage electrical equipment and systems of 750 volts or less. During shutdowns and maintenance, this position will be required to assist with high voltage electrical equipment and systems of 12,470 volts or less. The incumbent will take direction from shop lead and supervisor and relate well with a variety of people, including students, faculty, and staff. This position must be able to perform electrical functions to include maintaining and renovating the university facilities.
