  • Office location – NSW locations /Hybrid working supported
  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $120,859 to $133,183 + super

The Water Group is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Grant Project Officer to administer program funding for projects funded by a range of water infrastructure grant programs supporting projects in regional areas. The role is responsible for ensuring that the projects are funded to deliver their outcomes and support the achievement of the funding programs and organizational objectives by providing grant management oversight and support.

About You

You will lead the delivery of project grant funding within regional grant Programs; following and reviewing as necessary appropriate governance and risk frameworks, performance measures, reporting standards, assessment tools and systems to track, monitor and report on identified grant milestones and deliverables to ensure effective governance of grant programs from inception to completion. You will be required to prepare a range of documentation including funding deeds, written briefings, reports, submissions and correspondences ensuring operational requirements are met. You will establish and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to engage stakeholders and ensuring consistency in outcomes and direction.
