About the role

National Parks and Wildlife Service has a unique opportunity for an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our Leasing and Property Management team.

As a Project Support Officer, you will provide administrative services and project support to support all aspects of the management of the property and lease portfolio. This includes maintaining our property management system, undertaking processes related to payment and debt management, coordinating compliance reviews, preparing reports, maintaining probity and managing documentation.

 

About You 

You are a highly organised and motivated individual with experience providing administrative support in a property management or legal support context. You thrive in a collaborative, busy and diverse setting. You possess strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and have excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with other staff and stakeholders. You also have a passion for providing excellent customer service. 

 

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in providing a broad range of administrative and project support services to senior level management.
  • Sound organisational skills, the capacity to undertake and complete several tasks concurrently, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines
