As the Team Leader Financial Accounting Operations, you’ll lead a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality services to clients throughout NSW. You'll be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring client inquiries are prioritized, and overseeing complex reconciliations. Your ability to improve processes and enhance service delivery will be key, as you work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.
You will be balancing and managing competing demands while promoting exceptional customer service. You’ll need to anticipate changes across the Cluster and prepare your team accordingly, all while ensuring the accuracy of financial data under tight deadlines. If you have experience as a team leader and a knack for fostering strong working relationships, this role could be a great fit for you!

What is an essential requirement:
- Degree qualification in Finance related field and/or extensive practical experience
