As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be at the heart of driving multiple complex projects that help our organization improve and adapt. You'll work closely with clients and stakeholders to spark innovation and ensure projects meet their goals on time and within budget. Your expertise in understanding the NSW Government systems and operations will be key, as you'll help navigate staff movements and transitions, minimizing disruptions while enhancing service delivery.

You'll be collaborating with project teams, using your analytical skills to assess the impacts of change, and effectively communicating with staff at all levels. While you won't be implementing solutions directly, your role in documenting and facilitating improvements across various backend services—like finance, recruitment, and payroll—will ensure we're well-equipped to tackle challenges and support a thriving environment for everyone involved.

What is an essential requirement:

 

  • Tertiary qualifications and relevant professional certification such as quality or project management and/or relevant extensive experience in business analysis, project management and business improvement initiatives.
