Property & Development NSW (PDNSW) is a Division within the Homes, Property & Development Group. The Division is responsible for the management and delivery of large scale or complex real estate projects, transactions, workplace strategy, design and delivery, and manages the state’s significant property portfolio.
The group is seeking a dedicated Business Coordinator to support the development, implementation and management of business processes and programs.
What you will bring to the role
You thrive in a high-volume environment, enjoy variety in your day-to-day work and love working with people and solving problems. You’ll be adaptable and flexible in moving from one task to another. You’ll act with integrity and diplomacy while dealing with complex issues and ensure record keeping responsibilities are met.
As part of PDNSW, you will deliver high quality administrative support across our business, assisting subject matter experts to deliver great work. You will work across PDNSW workstreams being Commercial Development & Management, Advisory & Transactions, Environmental Services Group and Precinct Development.
