  • Permanent Full-time Opportunity, 35 hours per week
  • Parramatta location preferred with hybrid working supported
  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $139,787 to $161,663 + super and annual leave loading

Our People and Culture area is growing, and we are seeking to appoint a Manager People Partners to support our broad and multifaceted department. We are also looking to build a talent pool for potential upcoming opportunities over the next 18 months.

About the Role

The Manager People Partners role involves engaging and influencing decision-makers to align human resources activities with business objectives, effectively managing competing priorities by balancing daily operational needs with the strategic demands inherent in the People Partner model across a diverse and complex business. It also focuses on establishing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while building effective, high-performing teams.

By leveraging the expertise of specialists within the People and Culture Directorate, this role fosters cohesive solutions to complex workforce challenges, including organisational design, workplace issues, case management, change management, restructuring and workforce planning.

About You

As the senior leader of a business partnering team, you will have proven capability in leading a team as well as building trusted partnerships with senior executives and the have ability to build and implement people plans that align to strategic business objectives for your clients. Known for your commitment to best practices, you ensure full compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, fostering a reliable and effective HR function.

You excel at utilising workforce data to analyse, problem-solve, and evaluate, enabling effective risk identification and informed decision-making. Your approach supports the development and implementation of innovative service delivery solutions that drive business outcomes. With a focus on identifying and reviewing emerging trends in people and organisational capability, you shape comprehensive programs, policies, and solutions that address both immediate needs and long-term goals.

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or extensive knowledge of human resources management issues and relevant legislation, regulations, policies and systems.
