- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $120,859 to $133,183 + super and annual leave loading
Our People and Culture area is growing, and we are seeking to appoint two experienced Senior People Partners to support our broad and multifaceted department. We are also looking to build a talent pool for potential upcoming opportunities over the next 18 months.
About the Role
Our Senior People Partners offer expert strategic and technical HR guidance to help customers effectively manage their teams and achieve desired business and change outcomes. This role fosters strong stakeholder relationships and drives continuous service improvements by coordinating, developing, and implementing strategic HR solutions that align with business goals. You will also manage cases and be an expert on conflict resolution ensuring compliance with policies and legislative standards.
About You
We are looking for seasoned HR professionals with substantial experience who have a passion for people, driving organisational change and making a difference.
To be successful in this opportunity you will need a high-level knowledge of human resources legislation, policies and practices as well as proven experience in implementing client focused human resource strategies and managing HR projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, coach and build relationships with stakeholders in a proactive, positive, and constructive manner. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, excel at operational HR and are committed to fostering a positive workplace culture this role is for you.
Essential Requirements
- High level knowledge of human resources legislation, policies, practices and strategies.
- Experience in implementing client focused human resource strategies, programs and services.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of human resources management information systems (HRMIS).
