Our People and Culture area is growing, and we are seeking to appoint two People Partners to support our broad and multifaceted department. We are also looking to build a talent pool for potential upcoming opportunities over the next 18 months.
About the Role
Our People Partners provide clients with practical and technical HR guidance to help them manage their teams effectively and drive change and business improvement. They also assist the Manager, People Partners by enhancing the use of HR data to support workforce planning and analytics
About You
You will have previous experience coordinating HR projects, advising on compliance and best practices, and providing case management support aligned with policies and regulations. Strong organisational skills to maintain accurate structures for client groups and a commitment to high ethical standards and sound judgment in escalating issues are essential.
Essential Requirements
- Knowledge of human resources legislation, policies, practices and strategies.
- Experience in supporting the implementation of client focused human resource strategies, programs and services.
