About the role
At Jenolan Caves, we have a focus on connecting our visitors and guests to our incredible site. The Project Administrative Assistant plays a key role supporting the Project Manager and the Project Team by providing administrative and organisational support. The role takes on several responsibilities around accountability and co-ordination of on site communications between JCRT and various contractors, and relevant project officers and tracking of invoices for a number of different construction projects whilst upholding a high level of professionalism, responsiveness and keeping confidentially at the forefront of mind.
Working collaboratively with stakeholders within Jenolan Caves and externally, your highly developed planning and execution skills, coupled with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, will see you determine the right things to do at the right time.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience working in a construction management related role
- Strong Microsoft suite skills
- Confidence in financial management and spreadsheets.

The Jenolan Caves Reserve Trust is responsible for the care, control & management of the Jenolan Visitor Use and Services Zone. This is regarded as being both environmentally and culturally significant. The Visitor Use and Services Zone includes, but is not restricted to, Caves House, retail areas, kitchen areas, front office, staff and guest accommodation, walking tracks, maintenance areas and the Caves System.
