As a Service Improvement & Data Quality Coordinator you’ll lead a small team focused on optimizing payroll data, systems, and processes. As the subject matter expert, you'll manage user acceptance testing for system upgrades and incident resolution, as well as drive reporting and analytics to ensure data integrity. You’ll also oversee the onboarding of new customer groups, collaborating across teams to ensure business requirements are met with solutions aligned to common process designs.

 

You will balance competing demands while maintaining the integrity of payroll data and ensuring both project objectives and ongoing support are met. You'll also need to develop a deep understanding of complex platforms and technologies to drive improvements and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Throughout, you'll contribute to the team's growth and change within the department, ensuring high standards of performance and continuous improvement.

What you will bring to the role

 

  • Demonstrated extensive knowledge and proven functional skills in SAP HR/Payroll/HCM
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project delivery and service management practices
  • Demonstrated experience in the data analysis, migration, reporting and quality assurance
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations. 
  • Proven leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve shared goals. 
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to contribute to group efforts and support colleagues in achieving objectives. 
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
