The role
Are you passionate about driving digital innovation and infrastructure development? The Bradfield Development Authority is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Digital Infrastructure to lead the implementation of cutting-edge digital services and smart city technologies in the new Bradfield City Centre and Aerotropolis. In this role, you will identify, develop, and implement utility initiatives, manage procurement processes, and coordinate with industry and government stakeholders to deliver sustainable digital solutions that benefit the community.
As the Manager Digital Infrastructure, you will oversee the development and delivery of digital projects, including smart cities, data services, and parking solutions. You will be responsible for creating business cases, financial models, and managing contracts within the Digital & Energy Infrastructure portfolio. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure projects, while maintaining budget management, risk registers, and project milestones.

What you will bring to the role
- Ability to identify commercial drivers and shape market engagement processes to attract co-investment in various utility sectors.
- Expertise in managing complex and sensitive consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving multiple project objectives within tight deadlines and limited resources.
- Strong capability in undertaking objective, critical analysis to develop practical solutions.
- Advanced skills in communicating effectively with diverse audiences and managing complex communications.
- Ability to remain composed and act constructively in highly pressured and unpredictable environments.
- Experience in guiding, supporting, and mentoring team members to achieve key project deliverables.

What is an essential requirement:
