Jenolan Caves Reserve Trust is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader, who is keen to connect visitors and guests to an incredible natural setting.
- Temporary full-time role up to 12 months
- Located at Jenolan Caves, 3 hours from Sydney and 25 minutes from Oberon
- Package includes base salary of $55,466 (In addition to the base salary above your remuneration will also include an employer’s contribution of superannuation at a rate equal to 11.5%, penalties for weekends and public holidays worked.

About the role
As the Housekeeping Team Leader, you will oversee and coordinates the housekeeping team to ensure a clean, hygienic, and well-maintained environment. They are responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards, managing staff performance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated ability to supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily tasks.
- Experience in managing & handling guest or resident requests related to housekeeping services.
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and support housekeeping team members.
- Experience in health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

The Visitor Use and Services Zone includes, but is not restricted to, Caves House, retail areas, kitchen areas, front office, staff and guest accommodation, walking tracks, maintenance areas and the Caves System.
