  • Salary relative to experience and ranges from $110,266.00 to $122,058.00 plus super

The role  
Join our team as a Business Analyst, where you'll drive impactful improvements for our Business Information Systems. In this dynamic role, you'll partner with diverse stakeholders to identify their pain points, develop user stories, and enhance processes that support the goals of the project. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a high-profile project that supports and contributes to our transition onto a single ERP solution. 

 

Embrace the challenge of managing client expectations and navigating change while leveraging your analytical skills to deliver meaningful outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements, analyse data, and support the creation of new policies that will benefit all employees within DPHI. You’ll conduct interviews with key stakeholders to gather insights that inform business requirements, analyse data and reporting issues and participate in a collaborative working group to define new policies. Your responsibilities will also include documenting user stories, creating a traceability matrix, and assisting with data clean-up activities. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with hiring managers in informative sessions and help shape the roadmap for future project phases.

What you will bring to the role  

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.

  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes.  

  • Maintains meticulous attention to detail amidst high-volume workloads, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables.  

  • Works independently and has a process improvement mindset. 

  • Experience in writing requirements documents.  

  • Develop and recommend business process improvements by analysing business functions and Evaluating outcome requirements as part of a continuous improvement program to maximise Effective and compliant use of the ServiceNow platform. 

  • Provide timely advice to internal customers on solutions to meet their specific information requirements. 

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of processes and procedures through business Process mapping to optimise business outcomes delivered by the effective use of ServiceNow Platform, building expertise and capability across the department  

  • Contribute to the monitoring, evaluation and Improve the ServiceNow platform, including testing for changes and upgrades requirements. 

  • Contribute to ServiceNow projects as assigned, including, and as required, scoping and planning,  

resourcing, stakeholder consultation ensuring task completion within required timeframes and at or below budget.
