The role
As a Test Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring software quality by developing and executing test plans, scripts, and scenarios across various testing stages. You'll coordinate testing activities, analyse business requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to refine processes and improve efficiency. From functional end-to-end testing to user acceptance testing, your work will directly influence system readiness and reliability.
Navigating the complexities of multiple applications, balancing competing priorities, and managing testing schedules in a fast-paced enterprise environment will be key challenges. Your expertise in testing tools like JIRA, Tricentis Tosca, or HP QC, coupled with strong stakeholder management, will help streamline workflows and enhance the development lifecycle.

Required knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated experience in a Test Analyst role conducting (manual, functional testing and preferably automated testing)
- Experience in creating and updating test cases, test scripts, user manual and procedure documents.
- Experience and understanding of Testing tools like JIRA, Tricentis Tosca or HP QC.
- Good stakeholder management and experience in working within a large enterprise environment
- Sound understanding of test methodologies, as well as understanding of Standard Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
