The role
As a Senior Data and Business Intelligence Analyst, you will deliver critical analytics, modelling, and reporting that inform decision-making across Fleet Services and the wider department. From maintaining dashboards and visualisations to contributing to enterprise data warehouse solutions, your technical capability and insights will support data-driven strategies and continuous improvement.
You’ll work closely with both IT professionals and business teams to improve analytics systems, enhance data quality and deliver clear, actionable insights that help shape NSW’s planning, housing and infrastructure priorities.

What you will bring to the role
- Advanced technical skills in tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Microsoft SQL, and Snowflake
- Proven ability to deliver data visualisations and reporting that inform business strategy
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination experience
What is an essential requirement:
- Tertiary qualifications in information technology, data analytics, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
