The role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to act as a Project Officer within the Digital and Customer team – Corporate Services. This role offers the chance to work alongside a collaborative and supportive team, contributing to a range of projects focused on enhancing customer experience, digital services, and business improvement across the Department. As a Project Officer, you will play a key part in the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects that align with DPHI’s strategic goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing recruitment requests, managing the Digital Customer Hub, and supporting the implementation of the PMES Action Plan. You’ll also collaborate with the Learning & Development team to coordinate training and develop impactful training materials. In addition, graphic design capabilities will be highly valued, as the role includes developing engaging materials to support both training and digital communication initiatives.
