You will work closely with the Branch Programs Manager on reporting and minor projects, particularly in the areas of Work Health and Safety (WHS) and branch management. Your responsibilities will also extend to supporting the Fire, Conservation, Visitor Experience, and Asset and Delivery teams with financial and administrative tasks, including system support, procurement, and event logistics for fire preparation and marine preparation days.
In this role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks such as developing and maintaining the Branch Programs filing system, providing financial reporting and support, managing WHS databases and small projects, and offering logistical support for team events. You will also handle purchasing for fire PPE supplies, provide administrative training to staff, and coordinate uniform orders. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact for general administrative requests within the Branch Programs team, ensuring efficient communication and support across all areas. Our team values collaboration, efficiency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, making this a dynamic and rewarding environment to work in.
