As the Executive Officer in the Office of the CEO, you'll be at the heart of operations, providing high-level executive, secretariat, and policy support to the CEO. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth implementation of key strategies and programs, acting as the go-to person for all matters requiring the CEO's direct intervention. You'll manage communications, handle sensitive tasks, and foster collaboration with stakeholders to achieve our organizational goals.
Navigating sensitive and confidential matters in a dynamic environment will require your diplomacy and sound judgment. Your ability to anticipate and address contentious issues swiftly will be key to maintaining the organization's integrity and effectiveness.

What you will bring to the role
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgement, particularly in matters of great political sensitivity, strict confidentiality and/or potential controversy
- Practical knowledge of the working of government and its processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Solid time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
- Enjoys autonomy and demonstrates proficiency in working independently, taking initiative, and making decisions.
- Maintains meticulous attention to detail amidst high-volume workloads, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables.
What is an essential requirement:
- Degree in a relevant Business Management/Administration discipline or relevant senior experience.
