About the role
The Grants Officer supports the sport and active recreation sector by providing expert advice and administrative support on grant and funding policies, processes, and procedures, including maintaining system records, conducting quality assurance reviews, and resolving issues related to grant applications and contractual arrangements.
What you will bring to the role
We are looking for someone with a diverse skill set to ensure the effective management of grants. You will bring:
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct thorough research, analyse data, and prepare detailed reports and presentations.
- Attention to detail, ensuring all documentation and processes comply with relevant policies and procedures.
- Effective communication, providing clear and concise advice to grant applicants, stakeholders, and team members.
- Problem-solving abilities, proactively resolving issues related to grant applications and contractual arrangements.
- A customer service orientation, offering exceptional support and advice to grant applicants and other stakeholders.
