About the role
The Program Coordinator manages the coordination and development of programs and provides high quality services to a diverse range of customer groups. This includes providing a variety of support across administrative, customer liaison and communication functions.
Essential requirements
- Knowledge, skills and experience and Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or a Certificate IV Outdoor recreation/leadership and relevant industry experience
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) Clearance
- Current Class C drivers’ licence.
The role may be rostered on duty on evenings, weekends and public holidays and is required to perform on-call responsibilities.
What you will bring to the role
- Demonstrated experience providing direction, leadership, and supervision to a team of program delivery staff who provide high quality customer service in a high volume and dynamic environment
- Experience communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholder and client groups
- Experience cultivating and managing stakeholder relationships to promote our facilities, programs, and services to new clients
- Ability to manage competing priorities, and remain flexible, responsive, and adaptive when situations change.
