About the role
The Assistant Program Coordinator supports the Program Coordinator to deliver high quality services to a diverse range of customer groups. This includes providing a variety of support across administrative, customer liaison and communication functions, and providing direct customer service and facilitating activities, when required.
What you will bring to the role
- Deliver high-quality customer service by acting as a liaison for a diverse customer base, responding to enquiries, fostering an inclusive environment, and supporting the delivery of programs and services.
- Provide operational and administrative support including activity facilitation, accurate data entry, timely reporting, and coordination with internal teams such as Operations, Central Reservations, and service departments.
- Support service planning and delivery through effective communication, collaboration, and the development of customer-focused programs and initiatives.
Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or a Certificate IV Outdoor recreation/ leadership and/or relevant industry experience
- Current Class C drivers’ licence.
The role may be rostered on duty on evenings, weekends and public holidays and is required to perform on-call responsibilities. You will also need to arrange a Working with Children Check at your own expense.
