- Temporary position until June 2026

As a Project Manager within the Enabling Works Development and Delivery Team at Bradfield Development Authority, you'll be at the helm of complex projects, ensuring they are planned, executed, and delivered to meet our ambitious goals. The Enabling Works team is responsible for the delivery of the following key infrastructure and ancillary activities to support the development of Bradfield City Centre:
- Development consent and construction approvals for the works
- Construction of new roads, and associated stormwater, earthworks and civil works.
- Provision of waste water, potable water, recycle water infrastructure.
- Provision of electrical services network and reticulation infrastructure.
- Provision of data and telecommunications network infrastructure.
- Streetscape landscape works.
- Regional Stormwater Infrastructure.
- Lot sub-division and road dedication
This role will support the delivery of Enabling Works projects through all the development lifecycles, including project scoping, planning and project origination, design and development, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring projects stay on track, within budget, and aligned with our objectives.
You'll balance tight deadlines, manage risks, and navigating the diverse opinions of stakeholders. Your ability to oversee project progress, mitigate risks, and foster positive relationships will be key to driving successful outcomes for the Bradfield City Centre and the broader Western Sydney Aerotropolis.
What you will bring to the role
- Strong project management experience and knowledge in development and delivery.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

- Enjoys autonomy and demonstrates proficiency in working independently, taking initiative, and making decisions.
- Prior experience with Part 5 Review of Environmental Factors planning approvals, road dedication and lot subdivision experience is considered desirable but not necessary.
