Are you a strategic and results-driven finance leader with a passion for delivering streamlined, high-quality shared services? Our Corporate Services Division is seeking to fill the role of Director Finance Shared Services within their Shared Services function via an internal expressions of interest across the public sector.

As the Director Finance Shared Services, you will drive service excellence across various finance operations including accounts payable and receivable, journal processing, expense management, purchasing card administration, taxation and debt recovery.

You will lead a highly capable team to deliver consistent, high-quality services that align with customer expectations and organisational priorities. With a strong focus on operational delivery and customer partnership, you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial integrity and enabling strategic business outcomes across the cluster.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a collaborative and forward-thinking finance professional with extensive experience leading shared services or large-scale finance operations. You will have a deep understanding of financial compliance and controls, with a proven track record in driving performance, leading change, and delivering impactful service improvements.

The key to your success will be your strong stakeholder engagement skills which enables you to excel at building partnerships across diverse teams to achieve shared goals. You will also be an experienced people leader with the ability to foster high-performing teams and a culture of continuous improvement.
