This is a rare Band 1 senior executive opportunity to shape and lead the enterprise security architecture for one of NSW’s most influential departments—driving secure digital transformation across critical infrastructure, housing, and planning initiatives.
As the Chief Security Architect, you’ll work directly with the CISO and senior executives, influencing whole-of-government cyber security strategies and ensuring alignment with cutting-edge enterprise architecture practices. You’ll lead a team of senior and mid-level security architects, fostering innovation and embedding security into the digital and cultural DNA of our Department.

With mastery of frameworks such as SABSA, TOAGF, NIST, and ISO 27001, you design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient IT solutions that align with organisational goals.
