About the role
The Administration Coordinator provides a range of administrative services to support the operational needs of the Venue.
What you will bring to the role
- Strong administrative capabilities, including experience in records management, fleet and inventory control, meeting coordination, and general office support to ensure smooth team operations.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collect, compile, and prepare high-quality correspondence and reports that support informed decision-making.
- Customer service focus, demonstrated by your ability to respond to enquiries professionally, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate matters appropriately to maintain service standards.
- Attention to detail and process compliance, shown through accurate financial processing, database maintenance, and support in recruitment and rostering, all in line with organisational policies.
