The role
As the Property and Events Management Lead, you’ll oversee the management of HCCDC’s asset portfolio, ensuring compliance with the Asset Management Framework and delivering value-for-money outcomes. You’ll manage leases, licenses, and events, identify revenue opportunities, and liaise with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery. Your work will help activate public spaces and support the strategic goals of the organisation.

What you will bring to the role
• Experience in property and asset management, including leasing, compliance, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment

What is an essential requirement

  • Ability to travel, conduct site visits and work at sites within the Hunter and Central Coast as directed
  • Working with Children check (WWCC)
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Ability to be on call as required
