The role
As a Project Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving projects that shape the People and Culture group’s impact across the department. From developing strong business cases and overseeing project plans to guiding delivery and measuring success, you’ll help turn big-picture strategy into tangible results. This role is about providing hands-on support, leading project governance, and coaching others through the delivery of meaningful change across HR, inclusion, and internal communications.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Managing shifting priorities and tight timeframes, you'll work closely with diverse stakeholders to keep projects on track and responsive to emerging challenges. Whether it's steering through complex issues, building strong relationships, or identifying smart solutions backed by data and insight, you'll be a key partner in helping people and projects succeed.
