The role

This HR Projects role is all about keeping the gears turning smoothly behind the scenes at NSW Planning.

You'll be maintaining the organisation's structure, making sure contingent worker processes run like clockwork, and supporting recruitment efforts to help teams find the right talent.

From crafting clear organisational charts to guiding managers through selection, onboarding and bulk campaigns, you’ll make sure everything aligns with government standards and policies.

It’s a fast-paced, detail-heavy role that calls for a confident multitasker with sharp stakeholder instincts. You’ll need to juggle priorities under pressure, protect sensitive information, and work collaboratively across teams—while constantly looking for ways to fine-tune processes and improve how things get done.
