- Salary relative to experience and ranges from $113,574 to $125,720 + super
The role
The Quality Assurance Officer provides subject matter expertise to support and guide the team to undertake assessment and deliver resolution for complex issues relating to the determination or finalisation of divestments. Undertake quality assurance reviews and applies delegation to ensure the delivery of service aligns with legislation and achieves government priorities in the management of Crown land.

What you will bring to the role
- Thorough working knowledge and experience in the management and administration of land and property and good understanding of the business environment.
- Excellent evidence-based investigation and negotiation skills and experience.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the relevant Crown Lands legislation and acts relating to divestments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
What is an essential requirement:
· Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
