The role
As a Strategic HR Project Partner, you will take the lead on designing and delivering workforce strategies, policies, and frameworks that set the organisation up for long-term success. The role is about making sure the workforce is ready for the future by aligning planning with business needs and broader People & Culture priorities, and offering expert advice that enables DPHI to deliver on its inaugural Workforce Strategy.
This role offers variety and the opportunity to drive impact across the workforce. Key activities include: managing a range of strategic HR projects from concept to implementation, partnering with the business and the wider P&C team to design initiatives that align with emerging workforce priorities and developing policies and frameworks that positively impact the DPHI workforce.
The role requires the ability to work across projects, analyse and interpret data and engage stakeholders at all levels. You will leverage your strategic thinking and practical delivery skills, all aimed at creating meaningful, evidence-based workforce solutions that support better outcomes for our people and their ability to deliver on DPHI’s purpose.

What you will bring to the role
- Proven track record working with data, turning complex workforce analytics into clear insights that guide strategic decisions.
- Sophisticated project planning and implementation skills with experience leading strategic HR projects
- Experience in building frameworks and policies, with a knack for creating tools that are both effective and easy to apply.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborative approach with the ability to bring different perspectives together to shape workforce solutions that work across the board.
Key knowledge and experience
- Broad experience in strategic workforce planning, delivering strategic HR projects and the development and implementation of frameworks, guidelines and policies
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or demonstrated equivalent experience in strategic workforce planning or similar
