  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $99,938 to 110,271 + superannuation and leave loading

 

This role plays a key part within our dynamic and fast paced Talent Acquisition team in delivering high-quality recruitment support and advice across our Department.

 

About the Role

As a trusted Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll guide hiring managers through NSW Government Sector Employment (GSE) compliant recruitment strategies, prioritising non-advertised processes, ensuring smooth and effective outcomes for both managers and candidates. You’ll be working across a high-volume recruitment portfolio, where your ability to manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail, and deliver consistent, high-quality support will be key to your success.

About You

You’re an experienced and adaptable talent acquisition advisor who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments. You take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes, enjoy the momentum of quick wins, and are driven by a strong commitment to service excellence.

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • High-volume recruitment experience – proven ability to manage multiple recruitment requests simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
  • GSE expertise – sound knowledge of NSW Government Sector Employment rules and guidelines (highly desirable)
  • Attention to detail – a meticulous approach to documentation, compliance, and candidate communications
  • Customer focus – a commitment to delivering positive experiences for hiring managers and candidates alike
  • Self-sufficiency – able to work with minimal direction, take initiative, and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Team collaboration – a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive, high-performing team
