We’re building this team from the ground up and are seeking a Senior Manager, Portfolio Management with deep expertise in financial analysis, developer assessment, and construction sector dynamics. In this subject matter expert role, you’ll lead the assessment of complex applications, providing critical advice on developer credibility, capability, capacity, and project risk. Your insights will directly inform which projects are supported, making your contribution central to the program’s success.
You’ll help shape how the program is understood and adopted across the sector. This includes contributing to the development of operational procedures and supporting strategic communication efforts that build awareness, clarify participation criteria, and foster engagement with developers, lenders, and service providers.
