- Salary ranges from $113,574 to $125,720 + super
Ever wonder what the role of Project Officer Assets in the Built Assets team involves? Would you like to gain experience in a role that collaborates with other Crown Lands (CL) teams, supports Land and Asset Management asset owners, and improves CL asset knowledge?
This is an excellent development opportunity where you can learn about the roles and activities in the Built Assets team.
During this opportunity, with full training, guidance, and support, you will:
- Support the project management of the spatial data business requirements and data collection applications project, including managing the procurement process.
- Update Asset Management Plans with Climate KPIs, including collaboration with other teams.
- Provide support improving data in the Spatial Asset Register. Identify data gaps and solutions for improvement.
- Continue work on development of the CL Heritage register, working with Heritage NSW to ensure compliance with S170.
- Review and update Operational Asset Management Plans.
- Provide support to asset owners – providing advice and recommendations to assist in the development of effective asset management strategies.

- Proven experience in managing complex projects under tight deadlines and resource constraints
- Strong ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining high standards of service delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- High attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and problem-solving attitude
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Asset Management, Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Technology, Engineering, or relevant field, or relevant experience
- Current NSW Driver Licence with a willingness and ability to travel
