Our Consumer Energy team is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Manager Social Program Reform to oversee the design and delivery of Energy Social Program reforms for NSW households. This will involve coordinating implementation across internal teams and delivery partners, while consulting with government, community, and industry stakeholders.

 

About The Role

The role is responsible for driving program delivery through effective project planning, governance, and risk management, while overseeing business cases, budgets, and compliance frameworks. It leads the development of program design parameters, codes, and customer communications, and ensures front-line readiness through training and change management.

Additionally you will provide expert advice to Executives and the Minister on emerging issues and strategies, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships to support collaboration, resolve issues, and achieve project outcomes.

 

About You

You are a strategic leader with experience delivering complex policies and programs, skilled in governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement. Confident advising senior leaders, you translate policy into effective program design and outcomes.

 

Essential Requirements

  • Degree in Public Policy, Government Relations, Project Management or equivalent and relevant experience
