- Salary ranges from $99,938 to $110,271 + super
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Customer & Tenure Operations Officer Native Title to join our team in supporting the delivery of strategic land tenure outcomes. This role is instrumental in managing tenures associated with Native Title and Indigenous Land Use Agreements (ILUAs), ensuring operational excellence and contributing to meaningful outcomes for Indigenous communities.
As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Deliver objectives and targets through a broad range of tenure-related activities.
- Monitor and report on Native Title deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Maintain accurate land information data and provide expert advice and reports to resolve complex tenure issues.
- Perform office management tasks that contribute to effective tenure operations and broader business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret tenure legislation for the administration of tenure applications as they relate to Native Title
- Understanding of the Native Title Act 1993 and the Aboriginal Land Rights Act 1983
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to contribute to group efforts and support colleagues in achieving objectives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proficiency in data systems and office management tools
