The Governance team within the Water Group is currently seeking internal expressions of interest for a Project Officer for up to six months to 15 April 2026.
This role helps support frameworks, systems, and tools that strengthen compliance and support good governance. The project officer contributes to monitoring and analysis on Boards and Committees register and assists in governance declarations reporting at the Water Group. The Project Officer also provides advice, reporting, and practical solutions to improve governance outcomes, while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is your chance to contribute to meaningful programs and drive best practice in governance.
About You
Enjoy operating in a high-volume work environment with competing demands in a supportive, friendly, collaborative team Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills Interest, experience, qualifications and skills in governance.
Knowledge & Experience
- Have a good understanding of the governance across the Water sector, or the ability to acquire this knowledge quickly.
Essential Requirements
- Overnight travel as required.
