- Salary ranges from $99,938 to $110,271 + super

The role
As a Project Support Officer, you'll play a key role in driving project success by providing research, analysis, reporting, and administrative support to ensure smooth delivery in line with strategic plans and objectives.
What you might be doing:
- Supporting the implementation of Aboriginal Land Agreements, including identifying survey requirements and engaging the survey team
- Assisting in the evaluation of potential negotiations with Aboriginal Land Councils
- Supporting land transfer and administration processes in alignment with relevant policies and procedures
- Preparing project related documentation and project reports
- Developing skills in land tenure and status searches using CLID, Crownview, Gazette warehouse, Historic Lands Record Viewer and Crowntracker
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Land Administration is ideal but not essential
- A proactive problem-solver with strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience in project coordination or administration (bonus points for government settings)
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
