About the Role
In this role, you’ll drive customer-focused marketing and communications across ECCS programs, shaping strategies that connect with diverse audiences. You’ll lead the development of impactful messaging to promote the NSW Government’s Plan for net zero emissions, delivering content across multiple channels and formats. Your work will help ensure every communication is clear, engaging, and centred on the customer experience.

You’re a proactive communicator with a knack for crafting customer-focused strategies that connect and inspire. You know how to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging messages across multiple channels. With a sharp eye for data and audience insights, you continuously refine your approach to deliver meaningful impact. Collaborative by nature, you build strong relationships and thrive in fast-paced environments where your work supports real change—like helping drive NSW’s journey to net zero.
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in communications or other relevant discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
