We’re currently seeking an experienced property leader to fill the role of Executive Director, Strategic Advisory Services within Property and Development NSW.
As the Executive Director, you will lead the delivery of major property initiatives across NSW, including the NSW Government’s Property Audit and other flagship programs. With oversight of the Government Property Framework and digital assets such as the Government Property Register and Land iQ, you will set the direction for property and land use policy that drives social, economic, and environmental outcomes.
You will also lead the delivery of complex property projects and transactions that enable adaptive reuse, development and long-term community benefit; provide expert strategic advice to Ministers and senior executives; and facilitate cross-government collaboration to deliver property transactions and major developments.
This is a unique and high-impact leadership opportunity which enables you to influence whole-of-government land and property strategy; deliver transformative projects; and provide State-significant advice to the highest levels of government.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have proven leadership in delivering high-value, complex property projects and transactions with strong expertise in property strategy, governance and financial management. It is essential that you have tertiary qualifications in a property related discipline which may include property economics, planning, valuation or development.
Your exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills will be crucial to your success in this role, including your ability to influence and drive collaboration across diverse groups. You will also have a track record of developing innovative strategies with the ability to manage risk and ensure projects align with key goals.
