We are seeking someone to support our Network entities and groups, playing a vital role in strengthening our business continuity and crisis management capabilities and ensuring the continuous readiness of our business operations. The Resilience Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across all aspects of DPHI’s Business Continuity Management framework which involves maintaining critical documentation, coordinating responses to disruptions, and enhancing business continuity through training, workshops and exercises. Your efforts will help ensure that the department is prepared to handle crises and minimize the impact of disruptive events.

 

 

About this role:

  • Provide administrative and organisational support for business continuity planning activities.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating business continuity documentation and managing reporting processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for business continuity advice and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Help coordinate the department’s response to incidents, supporting crisis management activities as required.
  • Assist in developing business continuity workshops, reviews, exercises, tests, and post-event reports.
  • Support stakeholder engagement initiatives aimed at building awareness and resilience across the department.
  • Perform data analysis and contribute to high-quality reports and briefs on business continuity management for diverse stakeholders.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating the department’s risk profiles and related risk management processes as required.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, especially in data handling and report writing.
  • Ability to assist in planning and evaluating business continuity exercises and training initiatives.
