As an Assets Accounting Registrar, you’ll be at the heart of managing our fixed asset register and ensuring we adhere to departmental policies and accounting standards. You'll process asset transactions like depreciation, additions, disposals and transfers while supporting various divisions in understanding and following asset accounting procedures. Collaborating with the NSW Audit Office and internal auditors will also be key, as you help navigate audit queries and maintain compliance.

You'll have the chance to streamline our processes and improve data capture to make reconciliations smoother. Plus, by assisting with system upgrades and providing training, you’ll help enhance how we manage our assets. Overall, your contributions will play a vital role in promoting transparency and efficiency in our asset management practices.

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or undertaking relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
